I would think at least someone would be selling these here. I would prefer an internal one (don't know much about the external (pico psu ?) brick one). Just want something stable with enough amps to handle various add-ins in my machine.
If you are selling these - I'd love to know your prices as well.
Thanks.

Hello,
For the 2027 VCFMW22 show I will be hosting a Trivia Talk in the MAIN room... and I need donations for prizes!
All prizes are donated; and props will be given to any individual/company that donates with your name displayed on screen and/or mentioned during the trivia game/raffle to everyone in the room. (Or it can be from Anonymous)
I will be attending VCFMW21 (2026) on Saturday 9/12. If you'd have an item(s) at the ready please provide contact info & Exhibitor Booth Number and I can connect with you in-person to obtain the prize for the 2027 show (to save on shipping/logistics later). If that doesn't work, we can figure out logistics for obtaining the donation. (I do live locally in the Chicago-land area)
Prizes should be VCFMW-related/adjacent in any condition and any value. Even items that need a lot of TLC are fine...
At the free family-friendly Trivia 2027 event there will be many vintage-computer related questions with fun prizes for the audience. More prizes = More trivia!
You do not have to be an Exhibitor at the 2026 or 2027 VCFMW Show to donate an item. Individuals/companies/anyone welcome to donate.
Feel free to FWD this email to anyone you might think could donate.
Date/Schedule is pending for the 2027 event; with more details to come later.
Thank you for the consideration,
The "Laser Lou" Centrella

Similar to https://market.vcfmw.org/index.php#post-116, I'd love to find someone offering Iomega Zip disk conversion to DSK images as a service. I'll bring my own USB stick for the output data.
Will anyone have the required hardware at the exhibitor hall?
I think $1/disk seems reasonable, so $5 from me.

I'd like to find other players of the original 1980's Lode Runner game (Apple II, Commodore 64, Atari, Macintosh), who have original levels to share.
Note: I'm not looking for the game itself, I'm looking for *level sets that you or someone you know created*. If you have the files but no way to read them, I can help. There was once a community of user-created level files and I'd like to see how much of that can be restored.

I'd love to find someone offering floppy disk (3.5", 400k/800k/1.4MB) conversion to DSK images as a service. I'll bring my own USB stick for the output data.
Reasons I haven't bought a floppy USB disk drive to do it myself:
* https://www.reddit.com/r/vintagecomputing/s/Ijv5tZPlGG says they usually don't work (particularly 400k and 800k disks)
* I have exactly 20 disks to copy; no more
* I may not be alone; there are probably others who want the same thing (and maybe other formats, such as 5.25")
Will anyone have the required hardware at the exhibitor hall?
I think $1/disk seems reasonable, so $20 from me.

If you have one, and can bring it to the show, please let me know. I'm coming from Landenberg pa so I could also pick it up on my drive to or from the show if it's not too far off my path.

I'm working on a digital preservation project for Macintosh Magazine Cover CDs and shareware compilation CDs at coverdiscs.com. I'm looking for physical CDs that were released back in the day, and haven't yet been uploaded to online archives like archive.org and macintosh garden - so that I can make sure they get contributed to those sites.
If you have any of these CDs lying around, get in touch, and I'll either take them off your hands, or scan and return them. Let's get this stuff preserved!

Looking for a working Travan tape drive, such as an Eagle TR-3. Tape drives are notorious for the capstan rollers turning to goo so I am looking for a non-gooey one.
I also have some QIC-80 tapes (DC2120) so would consider a drive that reads those if a TR-3 can't be located.
If unsure if working I'd buy as a parts only drive if the price was reasonable.
Software for the drive would be a bonus but not a requirement.

Seeking a VT220 terminal, ideally green monochrome, and ideally with a very specific English language keyboard layout that had multicolor printing (I believe including red and yellow) on the keys' top and front faces. I do not have a photograph of the keyboard in question, but I think I would know it if I saw it. The base model number of the keyboards seems to be LK201, and possibly the model I am seeking is LK201-BA.
I have only ever seen this keyboard layout twice in person: once in college, and once at VCFMW 2025 where someone else bought it while I was walking around considering buying it. I am hoping to rectify that. :)

We are the NIVGG: Northern Illinois Vintage Gaming Group
We are a group of vintage computer-gaming enthusiasts in Northern Illinois who enjoy rebuilding and using the hardware that made PC gaming great during the DOS and Windows 98 era.
Our meetups attempt to recreate the old-school LAN-party experience using period-correct computers, CRT monitors, sound cards, network cards, and even primitive BNC coax networking (10 Base T & Token Ring).
We are currently building and restoring systems for multiplayer and single-player classics such as:
Duke Nukem 3D, Doom II, Heretic, Terminal Velocity, Diablo 1, Strife, Battlezone, Unreal, and many other DOS and Windows 95/98 games.
This group is for anyone interested in:
Vintage DOS and Windows gaming
Building or restoring Windows 98SE computers
Classic LAN parties and multiplayer gaming
BNC coax, IPX/SPX, CRT monitors, Sound Blaster cards, 3dfx graphics, and other vintage hardware
Sharing our technical knowledge, troubleshooting tips, and nostalgia
Whether you still own an original gaming computer, are building one from spare parts, or simply remember hauling a beige tower and CRT monitor to a friend’s house, you are welcome here.
Our goal is to preserve the experience of classic PC gaming by using real vintage hardware whenever possible - complete with cables, configuration problems, driver conflicts (lol), floppy disks, CD-ROMs, and plenty of snacks and drinks such as Bawls.
We were late coming in, but if space becomes available at VCFMW, we will have a 16' booth housing 4 vintage machines playing on a 10 Base T BNC network. Attendees will be allowed to sit down and play some old favorites again.
We may even have some Bawls soda available.

Hello, my name is Clark. I am a member of the Suburban Chicago Atarians and have been exhibiting at VCFMW as well as some other local conventions consistently for nearly the last decade now. You may remember me best for my different Atari kiosks which I have brought in previous years. I hope to find more interesting pieces of Atari's history to exhibit and share with the world, and hopefully even one day place in a local museum for permanent viewing!
Some Atari Display items I am looking for:
-Small Computer Demonstration Center Kiosk
-Medium Computer Demonstration Center Kiosk
-Atari ClubMed Computer Kiosk (Florida only?)
-Linx Standing Kiosk
-Linx Tabletop Kiosk
-5200 Tabletop Display
-800/400 Computer Tabletop Display
-ANY Displays for the 7800, XEGS, XE Computers, or ST Computers
-Atari Service Center Banner & any other Service Center items
-Atari Signage and Standees
-imagic/Parker Bros 2600 Kiosk
-Event displays from shows such as CES (ex: Atari Eric & Atari Mindlink)
-Atari Display Cabinets
-Any other older displays and kiosks which I may not have listed here, even if it is for other computers or video game systems, such as Commodore or Nintendo for example.
I am also looking for some harder to find computers for exhibiting:
-Atari Falcon 030
-Atari Stacy (any)
-Atari MegaSTE
-Atari PS3000
-Atari XMM801 Printer
-Atari XC201/XTM201/XM128 Printers (proto)
-Atari XF351/XF521 Floppy Drives (proto)
-Atari 1450XLD (proto)
-Atari 65XEP (proto)
Other Atari items I hope to find:
-Atari Video Music
-Atari Hotz Keyboard
-Atari Voice Box II
-(Any) Androbot Robot
-Hubot Robot
Unrelated items I am looking for:
-Basic Cartridge for Sharp PC-5000
-MS DOS cartridge for Sharp PC-5000
-TRS-80 Expansion Interface
-DC-2 Robot
If you have ANY of these items, please let me know. The only issue is that I am VERY limited on funds, so please be mindful of the price. For example I am NOT spending over $3k on a Falcon 030, I would hope to spend less than $1k for one in good shape. Although I am an exhibitor and enthusiast of rare Atari items, I am not rich, or even close to it. Some of these items may even be worth far too much for me to even afford, but it doesn't hurt to ask! Perhaps maybe I can even trade some other vintage computer items. Thank you!

I have a nice Sony 1943MD PVM that I would like to trade for a 27” curved tube CRT at VCF MW (can't ship fragile CRTs anymore). This PVM has served me well for many years, but as I’m getting older I’d like something bigger to play my classic games on.
I’m looking for a 27 CRT that:
* Has a curved tube (no flatscreens)
* Is bright and crisp
* Has very good convergence and geometry (doesn’t have to absolutely perfect but I’m picky about geometry and fuzzy corners)
* Doesn’t suffer from blooming/breathing issues (bright white sections don't bend inwards)
* Needs to either have component or be RGB modded
The 1943MD is in good shape and works great. The paint has some of the typical small scratches that most PVM sets seem to have. The geometry is dialed in the best I could but I'm sure someone can do better. To the best of my knowledge this set has never been recapped, but I haven’t seen any issues with it in all my time using it.
If you're interested in trading at the show, drop me a line.
I can provide more pictures upon request.

A bit of a rare duck, The SMC-70 was an 8-bit Z80 machine, but had a 16-bit 8086 add-on (the Supercharger) that ran CP/M-86 (a version of MS-DOS also existed within Sony, and it was advertised to run Concurrent CP/M, both of which were never released). I'm trying to track down a version of the software for the Sony.
